Shipping/Delivery
Orders under $9.99 have a small freight charge of $3.99. Orders $10.00 and over have a freight charge of $5.99. Products are packaged securely. Allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm. Please note if you make a purchase outside our office hours we will send your order on the next business day.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. These items are only shipped within New Zealand. If you live outside of New Zealand, contact us and we will put you in touch with your local supplier.

Refunds
We will meet all our obligations under the NZ guarantees act.
We are happy to issue refunds for damaged or defective items or incorrect items shipped within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Please note: only unopened items that meet these criteria may be accepted for refund or exchange (unless defective). All items must have been purchased from The Beauty Department NZ.
