*Orders under $9.99 have a small freight charge of $3.99.
*Orders $10.00 and over have a freight charge of $5.99. Products are packaged securely and couriered out (signature required). Allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Rural delivery will take an extra couple of days. We cannot promise delivery dates as this can vary due to road delays with the courier service and at busy times during the year.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or outside of New Zealand.
Please note:if you want your parcel left without gaining a signature please let us know in the comments section of the checkout. We bear no responsibility for parcels left.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm. Please note if you make a purchase outside our office hours we will send your order on the next business day.

We are happy to issue refunds for damaged or defective items or incorrect items shipped within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Please note: only unopened items that meet these criteria may be accepted for refund or exchange (unless defective). All items must have been purchased from The Beauty Department NZ.
